Choose who the cards are for and the themes you want, change any card, then print a sheet of cut-out affirmation cards or save it as a PDF. A full sheet is already waiting below.
In the print dialog, tick ‘Background graphics’ so card colours print, and set scale to 100%.
Nothing is saved or uploaded. Closing this page clears the sheet.
Printable affirmation cards are a small, low-effort habit. A few ways people use them, for adults and for kids:
Short, in the first person, and in the present tense. Specific beats vague, and believable beats grand: “I can take one slow breath” is easier to say and mean than “everything is perfect.” Statements you can believe tend to work better than exaggerated ones, so these are written to be realistic. If a card doesn’t sit right, swap it or write your own.
Do affirmations work?
The research is mixed. Some people find that a short, believable reminder helps them feel steadier or more motivated, but affirmations are not a treatment for anxiety, depression or other conditions.
How do I print affirmation cards?
Press “Print / Save as PDF”, tick “Background graphics” so the card colours print, set the scale to 100%, then cut along the dashed lines. To keep a copy as a file, choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in the print dialog.
Are there affirmation cards for kids?
Yes. Choose Kids at the top and the cards switch to a shorter set written in simple words, in the same six themes. You can add your own lines for a child too.
Is anything I type saved?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded or stored. Closing the page clears the sheet.
