Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AllTools.Solutions (the “Site”), operated by Ken Ozawa, an individual based in Australia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What AllTools.Solutions is

AllTools.Solutions is a collection of standalone calculators, converters, generators, developer tools, and AI-powered tools. Most tools are free to use, run entirely in your browser, and require no account. A small number of tools are AI-powered and charge a one-time fee per use — those tools always show the price clearly before you pay, and never charge you without a clear action on your part.

No account required

You don't need to create an account to use any tool on this Site, including the paid ones. The only thing we ever ask you to keep track of is a redemption code, for tools that offer a multi-use pack — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content

Some tools accept content you provide — for example, a resume you paste or upload, a job posting, or notes you type in. You retain all rights to what you submit. We don't claim ownership over it, and we don't use it for anything beyond generating the result you asked for. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to it and for how long.

AI-generated content

Several tools use AI (currently Anthropic's Claude) to generate content — for example, rewriting a resume or drafting a cover letter. AI-generated output can contain mistakes, omissions, or phrasing you wouldn't have chosen yourself. These tools are built to work only from information you actually provide, without inventing facts about you — but you're responsible for reviewing anything generated before you rely on it, send it to someone else, or use it to make a decision. We don't guarantee any specific outcome (for example, an interview, a job offer, or a particular ATS score) from using an AI-powered tool.

Tool accuracy

Calculators and converters are provided for general, informational purposes. We aim for them to be accurate, but we don't guarantee they're error-free or suitable for every situation — for anything with real financial, legal, medical, or safety consequences, verify important numbers independently before relying on them.

Payments

Payments for paid tools are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (and its applicable local entities), our payment provider and Merchant of Record (“Paddle”). Paddle handles the transaction itself, including your payment details, receipts, and any chargebacks — we never see or store your card information. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's own buyer terms. Our own refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, and original written content belong to us. The tools themselves may use open-source or third-party libraries, which remain governed by their own licenses. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Site to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as new tools are added. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
